CC Tech Digital builds and modernizes cloud and software systems for government agencies and mission-driven organizations. Our Ethiopia team works remotely with one day per week in the office, with occasional on-site work at customer locations.
Who we're looking for
- Software engineers at any level, from around 3 years of experience up to senior
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript with hands-on React or React Native
- Backend and relational database experience (Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Any AWS, Docker, or CI/CD exposure is a plus
- Comfortable with Git and a team-based workflow
Tech stack
You won't have used all of this. We care that you're strong in the core and can pick up the rest.
- Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, shadcn / Base UI, Storybook
- Mobile: React Native with Expo
- Backend: Node.js, Express, REST APIs, OpenAPI
- Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, ORMs (Drizzle, Prisma, or similar)
- Cloud: AWS (ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)
- Infrastructure: Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions CI/CD
- Testing: Jest, Playwright
